Chicago Street Art

If you live in a big city, you may be fortunate in that you most likely have a million interesting destinations to ride to. There are museums, parks, restaurants, bars, clubs, beaches, lakes, oceans, friends and much more.

One such fun riding destination in your city, might be something you're not even aware of. In Chicago, a city known for its architecture and fine art culture, we have what many other cities have, and what you may call tagging or graffiti.

We call it street art.

My step brother and I found ourselves in one such location, surrounded by local businesses who allowed local artists to adorn their walls with beautiful murals. If you find yourself riding through Chicago, and have some time to spare on a nice sunny afternoon, here's where you can find this current exhibit.

One note of importance, however. This is a big city. And like any big city, there are areas that are less safe than others. If you decide to visit any of these street art spots, please do your own research as to the level of safety in each of the neighborhoods you decide to visit.
